On Thursday, November 19, 2020, existing Applicants and Licensees may begin to register their intent to file an Application modification request. Registration of an intent to file a modification request must be submitted here. 

There are a variety of resources to assist Applicants and Licensees who seek to make modifications to their Application(s). It is highly recommended that Applicants and Licensees review these resources, which are listed below, prior to registering an intent to file a modification request.

Please note that Phase 1 and Phase 2 Applicants who requested Application modifications during the Application renewal process do not need to submit those requests again via this registry unless the Applicant or Licensee seeks additional modifications.  Also, Phase 3 Retail Round 1 (P3RR1) Applicants deemed eligible for further processing who have  already registered their intent to relocate do not need to re-submit the same request via this registry. 

Instead of submitting a modification request, Applicants already in the Pre-Application review process may submit a new Pre-Application Review request for another location via Accela, subject to a new Pre-Application Review Fee.
