The Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) Compliance and Enforcement Division’s (CED) mission is to ensure compliance with the  Rules and Regulations for Cannabis Procedures through clear standards, education and enforcement. By prioritizing compliance through education, the CED equips operators with the tools to meet regulations while using progressive enforcement, including fines and penalties, to address violations. By balancing education, collaboration, and enforcement, the CED promotes a safe, fair and responsible marketplace.
