Cannabis can impair judgment and reaction times. Arrange for a safe ride home or consider public transportation.

Respect Your Surroundings

Many public spaces and private areas have restrictions on cannabis use. Always check and follow local laws.

Understanding the Emblem Program:

The Emblem Program for Authorized Cannabis Stores, developed by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH), aims to protect consumers by requiring retailers to meet strict standards. Once approved by the LACDPH, Licensed Cannabis Stores will display a unique emblem on the store premises.

""

Licensed Cannabis stores that display an Emblem Placard is a sign of regulatory compliance and quality assurance administered by the LACDPH. These emblems signal that a retailer has all required licenses, and a valid Public Health Permit. For a list of licensed retailers with the Emblem Placard, please refer to the Licensed Cannabis Storefront Retailers with Emblem List.

Please visit the LACDPH’s website for more details about the Public Health Permit and the Emblem Program.
