On March 12, 2020 the Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking contractors to Design and Facilitate Stakeholder Meetings and Community Listening Sessions. 

The Department postponed all in-person meetings on March 20, 2020 in line with Mayor Garcetti’s ‘Safer-at-Home’ Emergency Order. 

In lieu of an in-person Pre-Proposal Conference for this RFP, originally scheduled for March 26, 2020 the Department has uploaded Pre-Proposal Conference presentation below and to LABAVN.org.

All additional dates related to this RFP remain the same.
