The Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) will be closed on Monday, December 25, 2023. DCR’s office and in-person public counter will be closed from December 25, 2023, to January 1, 2024. However, DCR’s virtual public counter operations will resume on Tuesday, December 26.

DCR will host virtual public counter appointments during its regular public counter hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please email DCRLicensing@lacity.org with the subject line “Virtual Appointment” or call (213) 978-0738 to request an appointment. The Public Counter will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
