The Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) will be closed December 24, 2020 - January 3, 2021. 

During this time, DCR will continue processing applications, pre-application requests, modification requests, Public Convenience or Necessity (PCN) requests, and additional requests. 

Processing of Phase 3 Retail Round 1 applications and modification requests is one of DCR’s top priorities. The deadline for PCN forms to be submitted for the initial 69 applications was 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2020. In addition, the deadline to submit modification records in the DCR Licensing Portal is December 30, 2020 for businesses that previously registered an intent to modify request. DCR will continue accepting new modification requests through the registration process until further notice.

With limited capacity during the holiday season, DCR is focused on these critical licensing programs, which will provide the biggest impact on our stakeholders and allows them to move forward in our licensing processes in early 2021.
