Access to DCR’s Licensing Portal will be temporarily disabled Wednesday, September 1, beginning at 12:00 a.m., through Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. for maintenance and updates to our licensing system associated with modification requests and the 2022 Temporary Approval Renewal Application processes. During this time, existing users will be unable to log-in and new accounts will be unable to be created. In addition, any partially-completed applications will be cleared from the system.

When the system is brought back online:

• Application modifications will move to a new tab, labeled "Submit a Modification". Applicants will no longer be required to register an intent to submit a modification request prior to the submission of the request. Modification requests will continue to be accepted exclusively through the DCR Licensing Portal. Upon submission of the modification request, the Applicant or Licensee shall submit all additional documents and information deemed necessary to process the request through the DCR Licensing Portal and pay any additional modification fees pursuant to Section 104.19. Modification requests shall not be deemed filed or processed until all required documents, information, and fees have been submitted.
