Please note that, although Phase 3 Retail Round 1 Applicants may continue to submit relocation and/or entity substitution requests after December 31, 2021, December 31, 2021 is the final day for Phase 3 Retail Round 1 applicants to have the associated modification fees waived.  For relocation requests, although the Business Premises Relocation Fee is waived until December 31, 2021,  the fee waiver does not apply to the Modification Request Form Review fee(s) pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code section 104.03(e)(1)(iv). The processing of Phase 3 Retail Round 1 applications and modification requests continues to be one of DCR’s top priorities.
