The Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) will conclude its review of all Social Equity Individual Applicant (SEIA) eligibility verification requests on October 23, 2022. To check your status, you may visit this webpage to view an embedded table of the final results of the 2022 SEIA eligibility verification process. On the table, requesters can see verification status by an individual's full last name, first name initial, and the last two digits of their Accela Citizen Access (ACA) Reference Contact ID number. Alternatively, you may check your SEIA verification status by logging into your individual user profile on the DCR Licensing Portal.
The P3RR2 lottery (Lottery) registration period will be open on Monday, October 24, 2022, by 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT). Anyone who is eligible to participate and wishes to enter into the Lottery must register through the DCR Licensing Portal. The Lottery registration period will promptly close at 4:00 PM PT on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. All timely registrations will be entered into the Lottery. Incomplete and/or late registrations will not be accepted and, as a result, will not be entered into the Lottery.
Lottery participants must be verified during the 2022 SEIA eligibility verification period with a Cannabis Arrest or Conviction. You will not be able to register for the Lottery if you were not verified during the 2022 SEIA eligibility verification period. Additionally, Individuals who were verified without a Cannabis Arrest or Conviction will also not be able to register for the Lottery. You may receive an error message if you attempt to register and do not meet these requirements.
