The Department of Cannabis Regulation will open up the Phase 3 Retail Round 1 Application Window on September 3, 2019 at 10 a.m. The application window will remain open for two weeks until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. 

Applicants can prepare application information and documents in advance by visiting DCR’s website, reviewing the Phase 3 Retail Round 1 Most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), reviewing the Accela Portal application tutorial video, completing the application checklist, and preparing the required application information and documents before September 3, 2019.

The application process is ONLY available online on the Accela Application Portal which can be accessed here**.

PLEASE NOTE: DCR has implemented a number of security features designed to prevent automated application submission, as well as attempts to submit multiple applications in parallel under a single user login. Users who attempt to submit multiple applications simultaneously will receive an error message.
