The City of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) would like to thank those who submitted Social Equity Individual Applicant (SEIA) Eligibility Verification requests by the 4:00 PM, July 25, 2022, deadline. The submission period for SEIA Eligibility Verification is now closed and access to the SEIA Eligibility Verification request form is disabled. Incomplete and/or deficient submissions may not be corrected, supplemented or otherwise modified.  

Pursuant to Los Angeles Municipal Code section 104.06.1(c)(1), DCR will review submitted requests on a rolling basis over the next 90 days. If you are successfully verified as a SEIA, your user account on the DCR Licensing Portal will be updated and your SEIA verification status will be posted on your user account after your request is processed.
