Social Equity Applicants receive certain benefits related to application processing, which may include the following:
- Certain license types are reserved for only SEIAs through 2025
- Business, Licensing, Compliance (BLC) and Technical Assistance
- Pro bono / Low Bono legal services
- Fee deferrals
- Grant funding
